Fika Cafe - Franklin: Cozy Brunch Spot with Fresh Baked Sourdough and Classic Favorites

I was looking for a cute brunch place for me and my friends to try out and this was the perfect place. We all enjoyed a good brunch meal. Our food tasted fantastic. Highly recommend and will be back! Thanks for great service as well!!

Our experience this morning for breakfast was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations. This small, quaint cafe, located in the Weshaven community has a very nice atmosphere. The young ladies who took care of us were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My wife got the French Toast with a side of bacon. I can tell you, she is very particular about her French Toast. She loved it. I got the Breakfast Burrito with bacon and it was excellent. I'm pretty particular about coffee, and it was excellent as well. The entire experience, including cleanliness of the cafe, as well as the restrooms, was superb. We'll definitely be back and will be bringing friends with us! Great job to ownership and staff, both in the kitchen and customer-facing!

Their Fika French Toast tastes really good, but it could have been great if they added more strawberries and blueberries.

I tried Fika because I had a meeting with a friend that lived near West Haven and I wanted a central location for both of us. The menu is large enough to give a good variety of tasty dishes but not at all so many that it’s overwhelming. I got the omelette with bacon, veggies and cheese and my friend got the breakfast sandwich. They were both delicious. We also got a couple cups of drip coffee which was good but next time I plan on trying one of the specialty coffees. Overall it was a great meal with excellent service.

Fika is an absolute gem. Don’t look any further for your favorite brunch place. Complete with beautiful outdoor space and a lovely indoors, you will enjoy Fika, however your journey leads you here. We came for a brunch with the girls Sunday afternoon and could not have had a better experience. The owner, Debbie, and her daughter Shayna, and their team treated us with true kindness, and it is evident they take pride providing people with delicious food and a truly memorable time. The food and beverages are exceptional, but it is the people that will bring us back. Thank you!

Fika is SO cute and delicious! The aesthetic is also chefs kiss. It’s so beautiful! We had the strawberry crepe and breakfast burrito with sausage and green chile. To die for! Also, the caramel latte was so yummy, perfectly balanced and not too sweet. They have a great brunch and lunch menu and to-go bakery items which we will for sure be getting next time. All of the extra touches make this place so special. Love it and will be back often!
